High quality veterinary referral services for vets and pet owners across Worcester

Our practice was established in 1999 by Jock and Caroline Queen. Our four branches are supported by a team of highly qualified veterinary surgeons, nurses and support team members, who aim to provide a high quality, caring and professional service in a welcoming and relaxed environment.

As well as providing the highest standards of care for our patients, we wish to develop an exceptional relationship with their owners and vets, too.

We endeavour to achieve this by offering continuity of vet whenever possible, encouraging client feedback and communication and providing excellent and empathetic customer care.

We are committed to providing a service that is excellent value for money, in terms of the level of clinical care and the range of preventative health services we offer.

All our practices offer a comprehensive first opinion veterinary service. In addition, we offer a range of referral services, including soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, cardiology, diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation.
