Patient Care

We understand how important your clients and patients are to you, and aim to uphold the same levels of care and respect as your veterinary practice.

Once a long term management plan has been established, we are happy for treatment to be handed back over to your veterinary practice.

We will always be available for a phone call, should you have any questions.

Our referrals service is managed by a dedicated referrals receptionist, who will be on hand to receive, coordinate and book in referral cases. They can also answer any questions you or your client may have.

Our fully equipped veterinary hospital has extensive facilities and equipment, allowing for high levels of clinical standards and patient comfort.

Our patients are housed in spacious, calm, separate dog and cat wards, where they are cared for by our lovely vets and nurses, all of whom are encouraged to pursue further qualifications.

We pride ourselves on an exceptional level of anaesthetic care and monitoring post-surgery.

We also run a 24/7 emergency service, 365 days a year, as Vets Now takes over care of our patients when we are closed.
