Our orthopaedic service is led by Jock Queen, BVSc CertSAO MRCVS.
All referral clients will have a full consultation with Jock, who has extensive experience with all orthopaedic conditions.
We are able to hospitalise patients after their surgery, and Jock works very closely with our physiotherapy team to aid recovery.
We have fully-equipped theatres and advanced anaesthetic and orthopaedic equipment
We can take referrals for:
- Lameness work ups.
- Fracture repairs: ASIF/locking plating, external fixation and growth plate injuries.
- Spinal surgery: disc disease, cervical spondylopathy, lumbosacral disease, fractures/luxations.
- Tibial plateau levelling osteotomy (TPLO).
- Osteochondrosis.
- Triple pelvic osteotomy.
- Patellar luxation.
- Joint dysplasia treatment.
- Growth deformity assessment and correction: valgus/varus deformities, limb lengthening, nutritional disease and angular limb deformity assessment and correction.
- Soft tissue injuries.
- Polyarthritis.
- Metabolic bone disease.

As part of the case investigation and management, we offer:
- Full limb x-rays and CT scans.
- Arthroscopy.
- Stem cell therapy and platelet rich plasma.
- Hydrotherapy, laser therapy, acupuncture and physiotherapy.
